Medical Billing

While we can accommodate any specialty, our wheelhouse is billing specialty items such as DME, regenerative medicine, imaging, injections and other codes that most billers struggle to get reimbursed for. We are able to handle all of your billing for just 6% of net collections. There are no hidden fees for Clearinghouse, postage, statements or any other revenue cycle management service.

We don’t just push through claims off super bills, we make sure that your entire workflow is efficient and profitable. All of your claims are scrubbed by a certified professional coder to ensure accuracy. And most importantly, we don’t accept denials.

Credentialing

Our credentialing department is thorough and will submit all government and commercial applications for just $300 per payer. Enrollment times vary by payer. There is no charge for revalidations or CAQH updates and attestations.

Verification of Benefits

Our eligibility verification department specializes in confirming all benefits and patient responsibility. We obtain any prior authorizations for you.

More revenue is lost each year from a failure to verify patient benefits than any other single reason for denials. Simple verifications are free to billing clients. All complex verification or a la carte requests are $10 each.

Verifications are completed within one business day. Prior auths are returned the same day the payer responds.
